The Service may include account management, templates, conversion settings, secure delivery, processing history, workspace tools, and AI-assisted workflow guidance where offered.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes that materially reduce paid core functionality.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription or enter into a paid contract for the Service.
You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, anti-circumvention laws, copyright laws, or other legal restrictions.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Inputs and User Content
"User Content" means URLs, uploaded files, submitted media, prompts, clips, export requests, metadata, settings, processing history, and other content or information you submit, create, revise, or process through the Service.

We may block, refuse, remove, suspend, or investigate content or requests that we believe violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
6. Trials
Eligible paid plans may include a 7-day free trial.
Where clearly disclosed at signup or checkout, a credit card or other payment method may be required to start a trial.
If a payment method is required for the trial, the selected plan will automatically renew as a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial end date.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate trial access to prevent abuse, fraud, repeated trial cycling, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms or our policies.
7. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Taxes
Paid plans, billing periods, included features, usage limits, file limits, supported functionality, and prices are shown on our pricing page, checkout page, or applicable order form.
By purchasing a subscription or starting a card-required trial, you authorize videodownloader.live and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, usage-based charges, and other amounts you authorize.
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding tax, or similar charges based on your billing location and applicable law.
You must keep payment information accurate and current. If payment fails, we may retry payment, suspend features, restrict access, downgrade your account, or terminate the subscription after any notice required by law.
8. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Plan Changes
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in prorated charges. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless we state otherwise.

Refunds, credits, billing disputes, and trial conversion issues are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including limiting features, suspending accounts, terminating subscriptions, preserving evidence, removing content, or reporting unlawful conduct.
11. Copyright and Complaints

We may review, investigate, remove, disable, or preserve records relating to allegedly infringing or unlawful use.
We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers or users who repeatedly submit unauthorized content.

15. Availability and Support
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation unless a separate written service level agreement applies.
Support availability may vary by plan, region, issue type, and legal sensitivity of the request.
16. Data Export and Account Closure
You are responsible for exporting any User Content you want to keep.
After cancellation, expiration, or termination, access to stored User Content may be limited or removed according to our Privacy Policy, product settings, backup cycles, legal obligations, and applicable law.
17. Suspension and Termination

We do not guarantee that any submitted source will be available, supported, authorized, processable, lawful to use, or successful in producing any specific result.
19. Limitation of Liability
