Credits & Referral Reward Rules

Effective Date: August 5, 2026 - Last Updated: August 5, 2026

By using the Credits, first-purchase offer, check-in, or referral features of Video Downloader, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following rules.

1. Using Credits

  1. Each completed HD export costs 5 Credits.
  2. Available export quality depends on the source content and the download options available at the time. Users should review the required number of Credits before confirming an export.
  3. Credits may only be used for eligible features within Video Downloader and have no cash value.

Credits cannot be:

  • Withdrawn or redeemed for cash;
  • Gifted to another user;
  • Transferred between accounts;
  • Sold, resold, or traded outside the service.

2. What Counts as a Valid Referral

A referral is considered valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The referred user enters or registers through a valid referral link;
  2. The referred user completes an eligible paid order;
  3. The payment remains successfully completed for 24 consecutive hours without a refund, payment reversal, chargeback, or other cancellation;
  4. The order and related accounts pass the platform’s eligibility and anti-abuse checks.

Once all conditions are satisfied, the referral reward is normally credited to the eligible account within 2–3 hours after the 24-hour confirmation period ends.

Referral-link clicks, account registrations, check-ins, and free standard-quality downloads do not count as valid referrals and do not generate referral rewards on their own.

3. Direct Referral Reward

When a user you directly invited completes an eligible order and passes the 24-hour confirmation period:

  • You receive 25 Credits;
  • The reward is normally credited within 2–3 hours after confirmation;
  • The reward expires 30 days after it is issued.

If the related order is later identified as refunded, charged back, fraudulent, connected to duplicate accounts, or otherwise ineligible, the platform may withhold, reverse, or deduct the corresponding reward.

4. Referral Reward

When one of your valid referred users invites another user, and that new user completes an eligible valid order:

  • You may receive a 5-Credit Ripple Bonus;
  • The downstream order must also remain paid for 24 hours without a refund;
  • The Ripple Bonus is normally credited within 2–3 hours after the confirmation period;
  • The reward expires 30 days after it is issued.

The Ripple Bonus is an in-product second-level referral benefit. It is not a cash commission, investment return, passive income, or withdrawable compensation.

5. First-Purchase Offer

  1. Each email address may receive the first-purchase promotional benefit only once.
  2. Credits issued through the first-purchase offer expire 30 days after they are issued.
  3. Creating multiple accounts, using duplicate email variations, or attempting to claim the first-purchase offer more than once may result in the offer being voided, rewards being reversed, or account restrictions.
  4. The first-purchase offer is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers where stacking is not permitted.

6. Credit Expiration

Different types of Credits have different validity periods:

Credit source   Validity

  • Direct referral reward   30 days after issuance
  • Ripple Bonus   30 days after issuance
  • First-purchase promotional Credits   30 days after issuance
  • Regular one-time Credit packs   Long-term validity
  • Subscription Credits   Valid only during the applicable subscription period
  • Check-in rewards   As displayed on the check-in activity page

Credits that are close to expiration or have already expired cannot be gifted, exchanged for cash, or extended through a refund. Unused Credits automatically expire at the end of their applicable validity period.

7. Check-In Rewards

  1. Users must complete each daily check-in according to the requirements displayed on the check-in page to receive the applicable reward.
  2. If a check-in streak is interrupted, no reward is issued for the missed check-in period.
  3. Missed check-ins cannot be completed retroactively, and the related Credits will not be reissued unless the platform expressly states otherwise.
  4. Check-in status and reward progress are determined by the records displayed in the user’s account.

8. Refunds, Reversals, and Reward Adjustments

If an order associated with a referral reward is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise canceled during the confirmation period, it will not qualify as a valid referral.

If Credits were issued early because of a system delay, error, or other exceptional circumstance, the platform may:

  • Reverse the applicable Credits;
  • Deduct the applicable Credits from the account’s existing balance;
  • Hold rewards that are still under review;
  • Conduct an additional review of unusual referral or transaction activity.

Credits themselves cannot be refunded for cash. Eligibility for a paid-order refund is governed by the refund policy applicable at the time of purchase.

9. Prohibited Abuse

The following conduct may result in rewards being voided, Credits being reversed, or account restrictions:

  • Self-referrals or purchases made through other accounts controlled by the same person;
  • Duplicate, false, temporary, or mass-created accounts;
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim the first-purchase offer repeatedly;
  • Spam, misleading promotions, or unsolicited bulk invitations;
  • Promising cash returns, guaranteed earnings, or describing Credits as withdrawable income;
  • Manipulating payments, refunds, chargebacks, or referral tracking;
  • Using automation, scripts, or other abnormal methods to obtain rewards;
  • Any fraud, circumvention of these rules, or violation of applicable law.

Video Downloader may only be used to download, save, or export content that:

  • You own;
  • You created;
  • You have received express permission from the copyright owner to use;
  • Applicable law or the relevant content platform expressly permits you to download.

You may not use the service to download, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use copyrighted content that you do not own or have permission to use.

You are responsible for confirming that your activity complies with:

  • The terms of service of the source platform;
  • Applicable copyright and other laws in your country or region;
  • The scope of the permission granted by the copyright owner.

Video Downloader does not grant you ownership of, or rights to use, any third-party content.

11. Disclaimer

  1. Video Downloader is a technical tool and does not own, control, or review the third-party content associated with links submitted by users.
  2. Users are solely responsible for the links they submit, their downloading activity, the content they save, and any subsequent use of that content.
  3. The platform does not guarantee that every link, website, format, resolution, or file will be available for parsing or export at all times.
  4. Some features may be temporarily unavailable because of third-party restrictions, source-content removal, network changes, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond the platform’s reasonable control.
  5. Credits, referral rewards, and promotional benefits are in-product entitlements. They are not cash, deposits, securities, investment products, wages, or any form of financial return.
  6. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for copyright claims, losses, disputes, or legal liabilities resulting from their unauthorized downloading or use of third-party content.

12. Changes to These Rules

Video Downloader may reasonably update these rules to reflect product changes, fraud risks, cost changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.

Material updates will be published within the service with a revised effective date. A rule change does not make expired, reversed, or originally ineligible rewards valid again.

If different language versions are interpreted differently, the legally controlling version designated by the product’s operating entity will prevail.
